Infrastructure Upgrade Project
A comprehensive infrastructure upgrade serving the Whispering Oaks community in the Carrollwood area of Tampa. This project encompasses full-depth road milling and resurfacing, sidewalk replacement, driveway apron reconstruction, concrete grinding, and a complete roundabout upgrade — improving safety, accessibility, and curb appeal across 5 streets and 171 work areas.
Full-depth milling and resurfacing of approximately 268,000 square feet of roadway across 5 community streets. Replacement of 148 damaged sidewalk sections to restore safe pedestrian access, along with reconstruction of 17 driveway aprons and precision grinding of 92 concrete trip hazards — all performed to current ADA and municipal standards.
Complete upgrade of the community roundabout including demolition of existing pavers, new cobblestone pavers, a 48" block wall with beveled cap, concrete-filled bollards at entrance and exit points, and a smooth stucco finish.
